Million Abebe Tadesse was born in West Hararghe: Mesela Woreda. He has two Bachelor Degrees (in English and Pedagogical Sciences), Master's Degree in English and PC Diploma. He has 14 years work experiences as teacher (English and Psychology), researcher, school director, guidance and counselor and trainer... in different secondary schools and colleges. Million has prepared The Book YES I CAN: English and Study Techniques Book and YES I CAN MOTIVATIONAL VIDEO based on more than 10 years research. Million is also the founder and Tentative Managing Director of Yes Education Service.

Million Abebe Tadesse was born in West Hararghe: Mesela Woreda (Shanen ...), attended his primary and schools in East Hararghe: Elementary school in Melkabello (Qore and Harawacha) and High School in Deder (9-12: 1991-1994EC).

Million was one of the top 5 students while he was at Elementary and Secondary Schools.

Million has two Bachelor Degrees (in English and Pedagogical Sciences), Master's Degree in English and PC Diploma. His first degree at Bahir Dar University (1995-1998 EC); second degree at Haramaya University (2005-2008EC).

Million Abebe has 14 years work experiences since 1999EC/2007. He has been working as teacher, guidance and counselor, school principal, researcher and trainer in different secondary schools (9-12) and Colleges in Bedessa and Chiro: West Hararghe: Oromia: Ethiopia.

2.1. As English teacher at secondary schools and colleges

As English Language teacher, he worked in the following institutions (all in West Hararghe: Oromia: Ethiopia):

• Beddessa Secondary School
• Beddessa Preparatory School
• Chercher Preparatory School
• Rift Valley College (per timer: 2002EC: at Beddessa Temporary Site)
• Chiro Teacher Education College (per timer: Summer: 2008EC: at Chiro)

2.2. Students academic supports

In addition to regular teaching, he has been providing various supportive education to his students:

A. Face-to-face supports:

Preparing and providing teaching materials (handouts and worksheets) based on existing problems of our students and the books they study.

Since one of his Bachelor Degrees is Pedagogical Sciences, he worked as psychology teacher and also as Guidance and Counselor.

B. As Guidance and Counselor in:

• Beddessa Preparatory School

2.3. As Researcher: 5 researches
Million has conducted 5 different researches.

A. Students’ Academic (English) and Psychological Supports: for Academic Achievements (Grades 9-12): on going experimental research for more than 12 years

(The Case of 3 Schools in Bedessa and Chiro: West Hararghe: 2000-2011EC)

Based on this, I prepared: The Book: YES I CAN: English and Study Techniques Book: For Grades 9-12 Students and also The Video: YES I CAN: Motivational Video.

2.4. As school leader
As school director in Beddessa Secondary School and Beddessa Preparatory School. Working hard with his collegues, the school was able to be awarded two times at Oromia Regional State level.
Million was also one the leaders awarded ....

2.5. As Trainer: English Language Training

He took various English Language Training that were given by Ministry of Education and Oromia Education Bureau.  

He has been assigned by Ministry of Education and Oromia Education Bureau and given various English Language Trainings at Adama and Chiro.

All ideas mentioned in my autobiography enable me to know more about students academic achievements: identifying existing problems and developing solutions.
